Vessey's curriculum meets all Minnesota state standards, and provides its students with a traditional curriculum coupled with a military education model known as the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps. Vessey's small class size, a comprehensive visual arts program, student support services, and post-secondary opportunities provide students with a quality educational experience. As a result, Vessey cadets have consistently performed well in academic competitions.
Vessey is also very committed to preparing cadets for life after high school by offering students a transitions program as well as resources to outside training programs offered through various agencies. The transitions program assists students in developing the interest, knowledge, and skills necessary to transition successfully out of high school and into adult life.
